ATB-100 |
| 1.Introduction |
ATB-100 gives you full satisfaction through the synergy of its rapid absorption/evaporation and anti-bacterial function. Enjoy a state of the art fiber with freshness and hygiene.
The excellent anti-bacterial function of ATB-100 comes from the silver element it contains.
Unlike chemical treated products, ATB-100, the silver used in, remains after washing enhancing the anti-bacterial longevity of the fiber.
ATB-100 uses only quality, FDA approved silver, which gives you the extra peace of mind.
ATB-100 prevents odor by suppressing the growth and increases of bacteria.

PYROCLE |
| 1.Introduction |
Superfine air-pocket fiber enables you to make super lightweight fabrics. PYROCLE¡¯s innovative air-pocket fiber design keeps yor warm in the most extreme conditions.
Improved technological proceses now enable the manufacturing of polyester filament yarn with the same cross section as straw or bamboo.
PYROCLE boasts a 30% greater air pocket hollow over similar competing products.
Larger air pocket hollows in PYROCLE improve overall warmth retention by over 30% when compared with conventional fibers.

ROJEL |
| 1.Introduction |
Generally speaking, Rojel produced by ordinary spinning
technology have about 0.5 denier. However, fibers of 0.05 denier
produced by a special spinning process have been developed.
Rojel is a sea-island type Rojel that is applied to suede-like
woven or knit fabric. Rojel is mainly woven while ROJEL is
knitted. |
| 2.Production Technique |
Rojel spinning technique of sea-island type fiber |
False twisting technology of sea-island type Rojel and fiber blending technique with high shrinkage fiber |
Shrinkage and extracting technique: granting bi-shrinkage effect to
fabric in the scouring process, extracting the 'sea' component
from the fiber in the alkali solution to make the fiber to be of ultra
fine denier. |
Surface treatment technique of buffing or brushing for a
suede-like look |
| 3.Features |
Suede-like non-dry feeling gained by densely raising the Rojel of 0.05 denier |
Unique 'writing effect' of Rojel |
Voluminous touch a result of blending high shrinkage fiber and textured Rojel |
Stable and high-yield processing steps because the 'sea' component is extracted in the final process after weaving |
Excellent surface effect by Moss treatment |
| 4.Usage |
Garments: suede-like fabric, rose skin fabric, flocking fabric |
Non-garments: interior cloth, wiping cloth, upholstery fabric |
| 5.Product |
Rojel for woven: 50 De', 75 De', 100 De', 150 De' |
ROJEL for knit: 50 De', 75 De', 100 De' |
| 6.Finishing Conditions |
| Raising |
Minute raising ¡æ improvement of suede touch |
| Large shrinking of greige fabric ¡æ increase of raised fiber density, need to consider the final fabric width |
Alkali Treatment |
Uniform control of treatment condition ¡æuniform extraction rate |
| Thin NaOH solution, high liquor ratio ¡æinhibiton of other fiber |
| Dyeing |
Choice of appropriate disperse dye for Rojel ¡æchoice of high fastness dye |
| Need for large amount of dye for the Rojel ¡æinverse proportion to the square root of denier ratio |
Buffing or raising |
Short raising (compared to ordinary micro fiber) |
| Sand paper : fine mesh only |
| Need for repeated steps under low pressure |
