  The company's management idea refers to the ethical value, management philosophy
and management spirit which Kolon pursues in the effort to realize its founding principle.

If the founding principle was based on the sense of normative social values,
the management idea sets forth the method of implementation or conduct to realize
the founding principle.
It also serves as a yardstick for decision-making.

The management idea of Kolon has been handed down and developed after it was first
conceived by founding Chairman Lee Won-man and honorary Chairman Lee Tong-chan when
they started Kolon some 1957 years ago.
The management idea covers the essence and raison d'etre of industry, the role of
industry in society, and the desired posture of Kolon officials and employees.

the most important logic for management, and creativity that fosters a fresh
concepts in an industry, as criteria for the execution and judgement of management.
