KOLON Fiber R&D Section endeavors to prove fiber's quality and adopt
the latest process for improving fiber spinning system.
In addition, KOLON Fiber R&D Section has a duty to be a faithful
technical incubater center developing new fiber products
and spinning process.
KOLON Fiber R&D Section has intergrated its research system and
affluent manpower from Polymerization which is the first of synthetic
fiber to fabric which is the end.
This makes it possible to lead the ever-changing market.
KOLON Fiber R&D Team Section has wide and special fields such as
new metrial, computer simulation (improved system, peocess analysis)
and downstream (fabric, etc.)
KOLON Fiber R&D Section consists of several domains.
1st domain is conjugate fibers which is outstanding fiber
(such as, 0.05 denier micro fiber and Self Crimped filament, etc).
2nd domain is process improved Simulation parts in Polymerization
and Spinning design.
3rd domain is special fiber such as, health care fiber, high moisture
absorption fiber, easily dyed fiber, deep and vivid color fiber, etc.
The last domain is new technology and material field about Super
Poy and PTT fiber.
Each field's R&D researcher is so energetic and active.
KOLON Fiber R&D Section also heads the Technical Service Center
and works for the customer's success.
Co-works are done with the textile company, to offer the best fit fiber,
high grade process technique, test and evaluation skills and quantity
control, which makes it possible to improve fiber good's planning ability,
develope orignal characterized fabric goods, rationalization of commodity
and guarantee best quality fiber items |
